By accessing and using the payroll and wage calculation services provided by Nom (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by our Privacy Policy.

Nom provides a manual payroll and wage calculation service aimed at Mypes, specifically garment workshops in Gamarra. The service includes the calculation of:

• Overtime and worker attendance.
• Legal bonuses and CTS (Compensation for Time of Service).
• Preparation of records in physical books or basic Excel templates.

We DO NOT offer advice on tax evasion, financial loans, or any service related to cryptocurrencies.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information necessary for accounting calculations.
• Use the Service only for legal purposes and in accordance with Peruvian labor and tax regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you.
• Review and verify the calculations performed before their official implementation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nom acts as a facilitator of calculations based on information provided by the client. Therefore:

• We are not responsible for commercial or legal decisions made based on the results of our calculations.
• We do not guarantee the absence of errors in the calculations, although we strive for maximum accuracy.
• We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We strongly recommend consulting with a certified public accountant for the final validation of all documents.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All material, calculation methodologies, and formats provided by Nom are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree to treat all exchanged information as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without our prior written consent.
